🎯 AI Agent: Goal tracking
Our AI Agents can now do goal tracking. This gives you insight into when your AI Agent has assisted a sale or helped a customer convert. 🍽️ New integration: EasyTable
This integration is for restaurants. With our new EasyTable widget, you can see, edit or cancel your customers’ bookings in your restaurant directly from Herodesk. While we have a lot of built-in integrations for our AI Agents, we cannot cover every custom setup available. Therefore, we have created custom functions and data sources. You can now connect your AI Agent to your own custom systems, so the agent can do data lookup or functions in your systems – fully autonomous.
