🚚 New integration: Shipmondo

We’ve created a new integration for Shipmondo that shows your customers order- and parcel data from Shipmondo inside Herodesk, including the ability to fetch shipping labels, update notes and see history in the widget. Read more here: https://herodesk.com/blog/new-integration-shipmondo/

 

⏰ Support for multiple opening hours in the Live chat
You can now set multiple opening hours in the live chat per day, fx if you’re open from 8am – 12pm and again from 1pm to 4pm.  You can also configure the AI Agents to only be online when you are offline. 💰 Pay for Herodesk in DKK

Up until now, it’s only been possible to pay for Herodesk in EUR. With this update, you can now receive invoices and pay in DKK.
