Search engine update
Herodesk search now looks inside sent and received messages and internal notes. Find details in customer conversations without opening every thread.
With this update, it’s now possible!
When you search for a word or phrase, we now match it against:
- Contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers
- Conversation IDs and subject lines
- Names of attached files
- The content of all messages across all conversations
We then perform a weighted search and present the 10 best-matching results.
This makes it easy to find what you’re looking for, even when searching across thousands of conversations with your customers.
